This hotel offers a great selection of meal options and has a comfortable setting, plus it's in a fantastic location just a short walk to the game and a larger city.

The venue was fairly clean and spacious. Updated and exceptionally clean units with sofa bed, the hot tub, movie, and the staff were pleasant. The service was excellent. The location was wonderful - just next door to the hot tube as well as a Bob Evan's Restaurant.

The heated pool and hot tub were a warm escape! The comfy bed made it so easy to drift off to dreamland. Breakfast had decent options and the staff were super friendly, making every moment enjoyable.

The hotel was stunningly beautiful with very good staff and rooms. We loved coffee and eggs at the breakfast.

The staff was helpful and the place was clean. Extremely comfy bed, brand-new room, everything was good. Location: the hotel was not far from Columbus, stores nearby and department stores. It was good to be 4 miles away from White Castle, serving short-orders.

The room we had was really nice and felt brand new, complete with a refrigerator and a movie selection, plus a jetted tub. ❤️.

The pool had way too much chlorine. Booked a double and got a single, but it worked out anyway because not as much of our family came as was supposed to,

Dirty room, outdated amenities

the breakfast options were nice and the pool area was clean.

the room phones were old and dirty. the bathroom door felt sticky and the ceiling had stains.

The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We got a really good price on the room.

I would have liked it to be closer to the Expo center we went to the Quarter Horse Congress if you had a schuttle it would have been nice.

The units at Best Western Suites Columbus are well-kept and well-appointed, featuring a jacuzzi tub, refrigerator, and a king-size bed. the location is quiet and conveniently situated near a Bob Evans Restaurant, a casino, and many excellent restaurants and stores in a very nice area. the staff is decent and adds to the overall experience.

The room was very large. I especially likes the larger beds. The staff was excellent. They had snacks in the evening and a nice hot breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

Room could use some sprucing up as the wallpaper is coming loose and pictures were missing from the walls. The hallway smelled of smoke but the rooms didn'T. The breakfast wasn't kept stocked well but it was nice before 9:15.
